CB is being slow right now, you will get an email soon. Before it was an instant e-mail. Wait a day or two.

I just got a shipping email for a prize that I never got the confirmation email for, so who knows.

check on the site under 'my prizes' it should have a list of things you've redeemed for. So if it's there I'd call it good. Sadly the controllers are now gone, I missed out on the black one.

I've been using Club Bing since 2007. I rarely even check to see if I got a confirmation email. I keep track of my orders with a spreadsheet and I have a field for the confirmation number they give you at redemption. I figure as long as you get a confirmation number, you're good. If I want to double check that an order was placed I look under my account at CB, but I rarely check an account's address unless I'm expecting a shipping email.
